The overview presentation will include: Y North's planning, budgeting, user-friendly studio set-up (one person can run it), instructor training, roles and responsibilities, SOP and training, content planning and admin, marketing, and all the resources he's collected along the way. Their members-only digital experience through Virtual Y launches on January 18 so he'll also share early information on that.
